Seriously, why is everyone getting pregnant these days?

I recently found out that three of my former classmates from primary school all had a baby, my one cousin ist currently 4 months pregnant and my other cousin knocked up his girlfriend.

I mean sure, they are all like 20/21, so it’s not that young and my mom was also 21 when she had me, but why? I don’t get it, you have your whole life ahead of yourself.

And my mother seriously tried to tell me that this is completely normal and just the thing you do when you’re in a relationship. And I was just sitting there and hoping that she wasn’t hinting at something, because that woman won’t get any grandchildren from me before I finish college and start working, which is in like 4/5 years.

In his five short weeks of life, Orbit hasn’t met many other owls. So he isn’t at all worried that his new best friend doesn’t hoot back. The orphaned chick is perfectly content in the company of the stuffed bird perched next to him and is never far from his side. Orbit, a common barn owl, was given the toy by Lyndsey Wood, his carer at Folly Farm, near Narberth in West Wales. She said: ‘A friend suggested that I find something like a toy owl to stop Orbit feeling lonely. ‘I thought he might try to eat it, but he just cuddles up to it and goes to sleep.’
